1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel, please email us at contact@webtakai.com with your name, proposal number, and request.
3. Work Already Completed
Important: By requesting that we begin work on your project, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel for work already completed. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point.
4. Digital Products
If you purchase digital content (e.g., files, templates, logos), your right to cancel is lost once the download begins or once we begin work on your bespoke project.
5. Faulty Services
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if our service does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction.
